Privacy Policy

What we collect
When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Google OAuth. We do not store this on our servers beyond your active session.
Where your data lives
All personal data — saved prompts, apps, settings, and credit balance — is stored in your own Google Drive using the drive.appdata scope. This folder is private, hidden from Drive's file browser, and only accessible by Promptra. We never store your content on our servers.
API keys (BYOK)
If you provide your own Anthropic API key (Pro plan), it is encrypted with AES-GCM using your email as key material and stored only in your Google Drive. The plaintext key is never sent to or stored on our servers.
AI requests
Prompts you run are sent to Anthropic's API to generate responses. We do not log, store, or train on your prompt content. See Anthropic's Privacy Policy for how they handle API data.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
Ads
Free plan users may see ads from Carbon Ads or EthicalAds. These networks do not use invasive tracking or behavioral profiling. Plus and Pro users never see ads.
Analytics
We use privacy-friendly analytics to understand general usage patterns (page views, feature usage). No personally identifiable information is collected.
Your rights
You can delete all your data at any time by revoking Promptra's access in your Google Account permissions, which removes all Drive appdata. To close your account, contact us at llceasyhelper@gmail.com.
