Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Promptra, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What Promptra is

Promptra is a tool for browsing, building, and running AI prompts and apps. It connects to third-party AI services (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI ChatGPT) on your behalf. We are not an AI provider — we are a prompt layer on top of existing AI tools.

3. Credits

Credits are consumed when running prompts or apps in-app. Credits are non-refundable except where a technical failure on our part prevents the service from completing. Credits expire if your account is inactive for 12 months.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Promptra to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, abusive, or misleading content
• Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or abuse our system prompts
• Circumvent rate limits or abuse the credit system
• Resell or redistribute access to the service

5. Your content

You own the prompts and outputs you create. We do not claim any rights over your content. Your data is stored in your own Google Drive and is not accessible to us.

6. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel at any time — your plan remains active until the end of the billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time.

7. Disclaimers

Promptra is provided "as is." AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. Always review outputs before use. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
